Thank you for choosing Pure Grit. We take pride in providing quality supplements and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Because our products are consumable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@puregritusa.com.
- To process your request, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Opened or used products.
- Orders where more than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, or personal preference.
Processing Refunds
If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.
