Suggested Use
Mix 1 scoop with 12-16oz of water in the morning to jumpstart your day. For training, mix 1–2 scoops with 10oz of water 20–30 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 2 servings at once. Do not exceed 3 servings in 24-hours.
